Why Oliver Joined Buchan Offshore Wind

Driven by a passion for enhancing health and safety standards within the renewable energy sector, Oliver was particularly drawn to the opportunity to collaborate with designers to reduce health and safety risks on the project. Oliver believes in prioritising safe-by-design principles early in the process to embed capacity and resilience, minimising the risk of harm to people. Oliver shares:

“I joined Buchan Offshore Wind because I see the potential to make a significant impact on the safety and well-being of everyone involved. By integrating safe-by-design practices from the start, we can create a work environment that is not only efficient but also one of the safest and healthiest places to work.”
